Hyundai Motors has launched the Venue in the Nepalese market at the starting price of Rs 35 lacs reaching up to Rs 48.56 lacs for the SX diesel varient. The first impressions was much more than we had expected. The rugidness of the car is somewhere more than that of the Creta.
We somehow could not managed to attend the media drive held in the beautiful sceneries of Gokarna. But as a short test drive, we drove the 1.0 petrol SX varient. About the drive impressions the initial pickup was good, the stability of the car at higher speeds was also good. But we experienced that the car was not feeling confident while cornering the car.
Talking about the pricing and overview of the Venue a new post we will bring soon but as a first impressions we found that the top varient is costly when adding some money we can get the Hyundai’s DNA there in the larger Creta.
The inside of the Venue looks quite impressive. The plastic quality is good and fit and finish was never a problem with any of a Hyundai cars. The Venue gets a wireless charging placement above which two type A cable is offered, among which one is for the USB ports and one for the charging cable. Some inches above you get a automatic climate control and above that, no doubt, a infotainment system offering the Apple car play and the Android auto. Hyundai also offers the blue link connectivity but it’s not clear that will it work in Nepal or not? Well we will let you know once we get the car for review and drive.
